Ingredients 

Ingredients:

  • 1 serrano pepper, charbroiled
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, charbroiled
  • ¼ onion, charbroiled
  • 1 tsp plus a pinch kosher salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • pinch cumin

Instructions

  • Charbroil tomatoes, serrano pepper and onion. Remove seeds from serrano peppers if you don’t want it to have any spiciness to it.
  • Put everything in a food processor or blender and puree.
  • Serve!
