Soy Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups organic coconut water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ cup lime juice with pulp
- 2 limes, just their lime zest
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- ¼ cup Thai chili peppers, chopped
- 1 Tbsp chili paste
Instructions
- Boil water, coconut water, vinegar, low sodium soy sauce and sugar. Stir together and boil until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
- Add lime juice, lime zest, garlic, chopped chili peppers and chili paste.
Notes
Good for a month in the fridge as long as you don’t double dip.
