The Best Vegan Fish Dipping Sauce – You Won’t Believe It’s Vegan!
I have to say, this vegan fish dipping sauce is a game-changer. If you gave me a blind taste test, I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference from the traditional version. It’s that good!
What makes this sauce extra special? I love adding a touch of lime zest for a bright, citrusy kick that enhances all the flavors. The special touch is coconut water—it gives the sauce a delicate, slightly sweet taste that makes it even more irresistible. Plus, I like to mix in the pulp from the lime juice for a little texture and an extra-pretty presentation.
This sauce isn’t just for one dish—it’s good with almost everything. Drizzle it over your favorite Vietnamese dishes, use it as a dipping sauce, or get creative with it! The best part? It lasts for a month in the fridge, so I always have a jar ready to go.
Super quick and easy to make, this might just be the best fish dipping sauce you’ll ever have—vegan or not.
