Salsa Verde
Ingredients
- 1 lb tomatillos
- 4 serrano peppers
- 2 jalapenos
- ¼ onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup cilantro, rough chopped
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp lime zest
Instructions
- In a pot, add water and bring to a boil.
- Add tomatillos, serrano peppers and jalapenos and boil for 3 minutes.
- Drain, then add tomatillos and peppers to a blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend for a couple minutes until it’s a puree.
