Vietnamese Desserts
Vietnamese desserts come in a wide variety of forms, including creamy puddings, colorful jellies, flaky pastries, moist cakes, sweet soups, refreshing ice creams, sticky rice delights, and luscious custards.
Vietnamese Banana Tapioca Pudding – Che Chuoi is a Vietnamese dessert that I am very fond of. It can be served warm or cold and is super quick and easy to make.
Che Thai is certainly our household favorite and my kids love it and it’s one dish that they can easily make themselves as it just requires mixing exotic fruits in jars together. It’s super refreshing and colorful and is another favorite for a potluck or get-together.
