Vietnamese Noodles

If you know me then you know that I am a sucker for noodles. I love noodles anything. If I had a choice I would eat my Stir Fried Chow Mein dish every day and if I want to be a bit more decadent then I would make the Pan Fried Chow Mein. Both will certainly have you asking for more, please.

I also love making the Pancit because it’s a light noodle dish that’s a great base to add any kind of protein you like.
