Vietnamese Pork

Although forbidden in some cultures, pork is an absolute favorite in Vietnamese cooking and you will see it in so many Vietnamese dishes. A crowd-pleaser in my recipe repertoire is certainly the Vietnamese Pork Chop-Suon Nuong recipe. We make it at least once a week in our household.

Vietnamese Pork Egg Stew – Thit Kho is a beloved family meal, especially during the Lunar New Year, symbolizing prosperity and togetherness.

Another great take on a pork dish is Vietnamese Pork Sausage – Nem Nuong which can be eaten many different ways but I especially love it in rice paper rolls.
