Vietnamese Tofu

In Vietnam, tofu is not just a substitute for meat but a celebrated ingredient in its own right, used across a wide range of dishes. I particularly love Tofu Stuffed with Pork in a Tomato Sauce as it’s the quintessential everyday dish that Vietnamese would serve with steamed rice and a side of a light soup like Opo Squash with Shrimp Soup. Or for something super simple, make Fried Tofu with Lemongrass.

However, have said that, I have some wonderful meat substitute tofu dishes that are a must try such as the Vegan Pho and the Vegan Summer Rolls – Goi Cuon Chay or the super tasty Vegan Banh Beo.
