Dressing:
¼cupolive oil
1/4cupwhite vinegar
2Tbspsesame oil
½Tbspgarlic, pressed
1 ½Tbsp brown sugar
1Tbsphoisin sauce
1tspkosher salt
½tspblack pepper
⅔cuppreserved red ginger , minced
2 Tbspsyrup from preserved red ginger
⅓cupmandarin juice , from the can
½Tbspsriracha
1Tbsphoney
1Tbspsesame seeds
Ingredients:
2whole rotisserie chicken, deboned, shredded
1iceberg lettuce, thinly julienned
1head ofromaine lettuce , thinly julienned
1head ofgem lettuce , thinly julienned
4cucumbers, remove seeds, julienned
3carrots, julienned
1red bell pepper, thinly sliced
4green onions, thinly sliced
315 oz cansmandarin oranges, save juice for salad dressing
2cupsuncooked spiral pasta
wonton wrappers, cut into strips and fried
½cupsalted almonds, chopped
Instructions
Combine all ingredients for the dressing and whisk together.
Combine all ingredients for the salad. Toss.
Pour dressing over and serve. How much dressing will be to your preference.
