Ingredients

Tbsp
avocado oil
,
or any neutral cooking oil
2
lbs
variety of mushrooms
¼
cup
unsalted butter
8
garlic cloves
,
chopped
2 ½
Tbsp
maggi seasoning
,
or soy sauce
pinch
kosher salt
thyme
,
for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet or large cast iron pan on medium heat, add oil and mushrooms. Cook for 15 minutes, tossing halfway.
After 15 minutes, turn heat up to high then add butter, garlic and maggi. Toss together then reduce heat to medium and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add a pinch of salt and toss.
Garnish with thyme and serve.
