These dumplings are fantastic whether you have them in soup, with egg noodles, or fried up with a sweet and sour sauce for dipping. No matter how you choose to enjoy them, each bite is sure to be a hit!
Ingredients
Filling:
¼lbground pork
¾lbshrimp, chopped
1Tbspfish sauce
½cupjicama, minced
½tspkosher salt
1tspsesame oil
½tspblack pepper
½tspsugar
1tspgarlic powder
2Tbspchives , chopped
½Tbspcorn starch
1Tbspmushroom powder
Ingredients:
50wonton skins
kosher salt
sesame oil
Instructions
Mix all flling ingredients together.
Put 1 teaspoon of filling into each wonton skin.
Fold wonton skin halfway in the shape of a triangle and bunch the top together to create a pouch.
In a pot, boil water with some salt and sesame oil.
Cook wontons in boiling water for 3 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when the wontons float to the surface.
