white vinegar

low sodium soy sauce

lime juice with pulp

just their zest

Instructions
Boil water, coconut water, vinegar, low sodium soy sauce and sugar. Stir together and boil until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
Add lime juice, lime zest, garlic, chopped chili peppers and chili paste.
Notes
Good for a month in the fridge as long as you don't double dip.
