Ingredients
1cupwater
2cupsorganic coconut water
1cupwhite vinegar
1cupvegan fish sauce
1cupsugar
1/4cuplime juice with pulp
2limes, just their zest
6clovesgarlic, chopped
4Tbspthai chili, chopped
1tbspchili paste
Instructions
Boil water, coconut water, vinegar, vegan fish sauce and sugar. Stir together and boil until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
Add lime juice, lime zest, garlic, chopped chili peppers and chili paste.
