Vietnamese pizza, a beloved street food, is easily recreated in your kitchen, offering a perfect and speedy snack option.
Ingredients
Chinese sausage
,
cut up in small bits
rice paper
green onions
,
chopped
cilantro
,
chopped
eggs
Kewpie mayonnaise
,
or a mayo of your preference
sriracha
fried shallots
Instructions
In a pan, fry up the Chinese sausage until it's cooked through.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Wipe pan clean.
Over medium heat, place dry rice paper in the same pan.
Sprinkle green onions and cilantro, then crack one egg and spread around rice paper.
Sprinkle some cooked Chinese sausage, drizzle mayonnaise and sriracha, and top with fried shallots.
Fold rice paper over (like an omelette or crepe), flip it, and then it's ready to eat!
